review 1: This was a cute short read. It's about 60 pages long and involves a sin eater and a soul collector. They have totally different beliefs, but still have a lot of similarities and can connect with one another. I really liked how the book ended and I had a little smile across my face once I finished reading it. I recommend this book to anyone looking for a short read and one that doesn't involve any intimate/sexual scenes.
review 2: The Sin Eaters Promise is a short novella that I got for free off of AmazonUK.For the most part this book was ok. The characters were well built and decent and I liked the banter between them. I was put off of Desdenova because she thought taking the sins off of a man who raped and killed 18 women so he could go to heaven was ok, bec... moreause she made a promise when she was a child. I couldn’t help it, but it bugged me. Other than that this short story was alright, but at 44 pages didn’t last very long. less
