review 1: The Haunting season was a very nice change to the usual Paranormal Romance books. Even though there is a little bit of love story involved, there is a lot more about ghosts, Negromatic, demons, possession and other creepy things more that you can think of that wrapped me in and made me wanted to read all day long. Also I can't give five stars, since I had the feeling the author could have gotten a lot more out of the story since there is a lot of potential around Gage, Bryan, Jess and Allison.
review 2: So I loved and hated this book. It was quite a page turner! I felt like the romance between Jess and Gage was a little forced, but it was kind of nice to see that intimate scene in a YA novel. Sex is a reality of being a teenager/young adult, and I feel like so
... moremany authors skirt around that topic. I didn't entirely enjoy the writing style, I wouldn't say it was bad, it's probably because I'm used to reading from a characters perspective rather than a narrator. Overall I did enjoy this book. less

Mediocre story...not really scary. I skimmed the last few chapters.
