review 1: The Rings That Bind by Michelle Smart was a good book. Because of childhood raising Nico didn't think he new how to love. Nico was the one to walk away, never getting serious. He owns a well to do company. Rosa past history wasn't any better. Because of no one in her life wanted her, she had trust issues. They get married but in name only to help his business and to get rid of her ex-boyfriend. Their personal issues come to a head. A good read.
review 2: Okay, this book started out promising to me.I enjoy the MOC trope,as a matter of fact,it is one of my favorites. What is not my favorite is cheating. Not the hero in this case , but the heroine. She has sex with her ex fiance because she was upset with her MOC husband and it was her birthday and he was not t
... morehere to celebrate with her.She goes out with the ex and has a one night stand with him! This is not my idea of a Harlequin Presents ,I prefer the more traditional, call me old fashioned, but it is ,what it is.I gave this one star for the portions of the book that I read, then dnf the rest.I look forward to new authors in the HP line, but the cheating in this book just colored the entire book for me. less

Cried twice. The emotion behind this book earned it every one of those stars. Review to follow.

This book brought sadness and I found it hard to believe the ending would turn out happy.
