review 1: Ohhhhhhhh, que maravilla, ha sido una experiencia fantástica que no hacía nada más que sacarme sonrisas en la cara y despertar sensaciones y hacer mi mente volar. Se lee rapidísimo y ya sabemos que no tiene el rigor histórico de la novela histórica, pero está bien estructurado y tiene una historia además de pasión, amor y sexo. La historia es fantástica y capaz de hacer que te envicies a este tipo de sagas. Después de leer este libro siento que estoy entrando en tierras pantanosas completamente porque acabo de descubrir el tipo de novelas románticas que me gustan. Antes había leído un par de ellas del tipo de Rosamunde Pilcher, que son flojitas y no me decían demasiado. También leí una de Nora Roberts que me pareció la bazofia más grande del mundo e hizo... more que odiara a su autora. Pero ahora leyendo a Michelle Willingham, ahora, ahora entiendo porque os gustan tanto los libros de vikingos prohibidos y highlanders y eso. Creo que me voy a enviciar totalmente.
review 2: I didn't even know they had divorces back then.....jiminy crickets. Well my mind liked the book but did she really sin with a Viking? I guess giving someone a hand job while married to someone else can be called sinning. Shades of grey I guess. The book itself had a great story and plot, but the lost relationship was somewhat disappointing. Divorce is never a pleasant thing and I was torn between which relationship should have survived. The whole child bearing thing was sad too... Thanks netgalley for a read in exchange for a review. less
