What on earth happened to land them living in a place like this?Nevada King seems to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. He didn’t want to be involved in the stagecoach robbery, but was he going to be involved anyway? Or was he really in the right place at the right time because a pretty lady needed help after she was shot, and he was able to play doctor and fix her arm so she could continue traveling to Tombstone? One thing he did know, he was through living his former life. He was now ready to settle down and make something good of the life he had left.Enjoy this wonderful western as you follow the sweet romance between Nevada and Christy, Joshua and Sara in the little town of Tombstone Arizona. Experience the magnificent view of Tombstone and experience their lifestyle, meet their people and feel the personality of their community as the author so brilliantly brings to life in this book. This was not a book I rec’d free to read for a review. I purchased this book to read for myself, and posted the review on my own. The opinions in the review are mine only.
review 2: Miralee Ferrell quickly became one of my favorite authors, last year, when I read her novel Love Finds You in Bridal Veil Oregon. Her writing style and unique characters quickly worked there way into my heart. I then had the pleasure of reviewing her contemporary fiction novels Finding Jeena and The Other Daughter, as well as another Love Finds You book (Love Finds You in Last Chance California). I've been hooked ever since and was so pleased to have the opportunity to read and review Love Finds You in Tombstone Arizona. LFY in Tombstone, Arizona is a sweet western that picks up exactly were Last Chance California left off. Christy, whom we met in Last Chance with Justin and Alex, is on her way home to her ailing mother and her younger brother, when her stage is held up. She is one of the unfortunate ones and is shot in the arm. Enter Nevada King. His sweet and adorable character put him in the wrong place at the wrong time, yet he was fortunate enough to help Christy out by doctoring up her arm so she can make it into Tombstone. I could go on and on about their story, but if I do, I'll give away the plot line and spoil the story for Miralee's fans. So, I'll stop there. But, what I will tell you is this: not only was this story a sweet and funny, and altogether faith-filled, it's filled with so many other things, like the wonderful Doc Holliday, the OK Corral, Wyatt and Virgil Earp and so many other things that you hear about from History. I highly recommend this book to everyone. The added suspense makes it a bonus, along with learning to fully rely on and trust God. Being in the middle of Tombstone, watching the instant attraction between Christy and Nevada, and seeing the characters grown in a friendship that includes the reader, was fantastic. Most definitely worthy of 5 stars and so much more! less
