review 1: I received this book un advance. July has really outdone herself. The characters are very well-developed and the scenery and pacing are top-notch. July's dialogue usage is delicious, and her style is perfectly nuanced. There isn't likely to be a sequel to this book so it is sad to leave the characters behind after reading the last word. I've already turned back to page 1 to relive the experience again.
