review 1: Wonderful wonderful wonderful! That is what I think of this wordless picture book. Molly Idle has a unique illustration style and her ability to tell a story with only illustrations is second to none. She captivates the reader with brilliant colors that dance off the page, or screen, and help tell the story. The wordless aspect of her picture book allows the reader to invent their own story and it is so much fun to do. Creating a story to go along with the illustrations is fun for all ages and kids love it! Can not wait for Molly Idle to release more books!

There are all sorts of elements to lift and flip as Flora and her new fr... moreiend skate across the ice. Their steps seems to match perfectly until they have a brief disagreement, and the penguin disappears. When the penguin finally reappears, their ice dance is balletic perfection, played out across several fold-out pages. I loved this one with its carefully crafted illustrations, and I guarantee young students will love it just as much. less
