review 1: This was the first book I ever read by Morgan Kearns and it was well worth it. Now I'm not a big fan of baseball but I really loved this book and the characters in it. The characters to me balanced each other out and despite the past issues they had I was happy they were able to work things out. This book had a good little twist to it as well I won't give anything away though but the twist was good and I definitely didn't expect it. So glad I discovered Mrs. Kearns and her wonderful books, and got to meet these two amazing characters and read their story.

I also found that I immediately wanted the best for sportscaster Jane, the female main character of the book … and I hoped that best would be Grayson (even if he could be a total jerk and made me question the sanity of that desire from time to time). Once again, Morgan takes us into the behind the scenes world of news reporting, which I enjoyed very much. We also get to see appearance by characters from the first book. To say Morgan’s books are wearing me out is an understatement – because I tend to stay up way too late reading them! I’m already counting the days until book 3 in this series is available. less
