review 1: The story line had really good potential,but it fell kind of flat for me. The story moves very very slow, and the main characters are really good. The kids in this book are 17 and 18. Adin and Legacy start dating and he wants to take slow. He doesn't even kiss her for like a month and any kind of skin to skin touching basically gives him a panic attack. Also he is the best looking boy in school and has never dated. The subject of the book is paranormal but the author didn't even try to make the kids realistic.
review 2: I’m a huge fan of greek mythology especially about Persephone/Hades’ relationship. But then I’m a bit disappointed with how the story goes despite it being intriguing.I’m not sure on what to say about the characters in Goddess Legacy bu... moret except that they need more character development especially Legacy. Even if she is a teenager I find that her character is too selfish and too immature. Plus her relationship with Adin seemed to be unrealistic in terms of how there feelings for each other came to light and there’s another boy named River who apparently is involved which made this a love triangle. I’m never a fan of love triangles but I must admit there are some circumstances that it warrants it but this time I did not think that it worked out. But I do like the chemistry between Adin and Legacy.The ascension of Legacy was not mentioned in this book and I’m wondering about Hades. Even though Adin and River’s secret was revealed I’m more towards the original pairing but we’ll only know to whom she truly ends up with as we continue to read this series. Although Hades seems to be the antagonist.I received a copy in exchange for an honest review. less
