review 1: 4.5 stars. This book starts off with a bang and sucks you right in. I liked Jaya and Alec from the start, and oh boy did I love Jaya's best friends, Micha and Ricca! They're a total hoot, and I laughed out loud many times while reading this book. This is another that could make a really good romantic comedy. And oh man, was the sex ever *scorching*! These two have amazing chemistry and I was rooting for them the entire time. A bang-up read.
review 2: I really wanted to like this book, but in the end, it just didn't do it for me. The plot wasn't that bad, but in my opinion, it lacked substance. The author seemed to focus more on sex scenes than the actual story of the book. Seriously, the scenes would be like 6 or 10 pages. The characters were pretty well de... moreveloped. Jaya and Alec each had their own personality and it came through very easily. I just believe the story didn't pan out as well as it could have. less
