review 1: I received this book in an Early Reviewers giveaway and while this is not usually the genre I read, but I decided to give it a try. While it is a fairly good story, I did find it a bit too "Christian-y." That is to say, there were a few too many scripture references and such for my taste. I think it would have been helpful to have read the first two books in the series as this is, apparently, the final book and, at times, I felt as though I was missing information that was necessary to understand the current storyline. All in all, not a bad book, just not really my taste.
review 2: As with the first two books in the Road to Kingdom Series, Nancy Mehl serves up another winner with Unforseeable. I love how we get to continue on with characters I have grown to lov... moree, but at the same time, this book could be read as a standalone for its complex suspense and great development of characters. I have thoroughly enjoyed Ms. Mehl’s books and am sorry this is the end of the series. I can’t wait to read more from this author. less
