review 1: MM sci-fi - enemies to loversIt's pretty cute, though it started with a small infodump that didn't seem to actually matter very much in the story. There was a pretty complex political intrigue that didn't really seem to affect the main characters that much, considering that they were the only ones not really involved - the Commander wasn't the type to scheme and plot and Luke kinda forced by his circumstances to do questionable things...And did I get it right? Luke worked for some rebels that were payed by someone in the army to advance in his career? The rebels were supposed to be willing to work for the enemy because they needed money. What type of rebels do that? That's totally silly. why not simply steal resources from them?Anyway, despite that, and several other thing... mores left unexplained, the actual enemies-forced-to-work-together-that-turn-to-lovers was cute. I like the characters, their fight for survival and I would have liked more of Luke being introduced to romance :) Because of that I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2. review 2: Villiam is a captain in the imperial army and has just had a promotion. On a mission protection on of his higher ups the ship goes crashes into an unknown planet. The only survivors are himself and one of the people trying to kidnap him Luke. Luke and Villam must trust on each other to survive since there is no hope in being rescued. The only thing they don't mean to happen is falling in love. This book was awful. I mean it was so weird and out there because the whole world they lived in was made up. This book needed at least another 100 pages to explain where the two main characters come from and their lives and society to get a better understanding of what is going on. I was lost half the time and it was boring. less
