review 1: I finally read this book after my third grade students begged me to buy more books in the series for our classroom library. I had glanced at them briefly, and they looked good, but it wasn't until this summer when I actually read one of the books cover to cover. Now I totally get why they love them. VERY humorous tales from the point of view of a neurotic kitty. The neighborhood cats think the new baby is a wonderful cat. Kitty, however, is convinced the baby is another dog. Terrific read.
review 2: I love this series, My son and I have re-read this book so many times I can't even count. My son struggled with reading for years but this series helped him love books. To see the child you love struggle and then find something he loves and that help him get over hi... mores difficulty is something that will always claim my heart. This book is hilarious. I mean when I first read it I laughed so hard my son couldn't understand what I was reading to him, and I have laughed like that many times since with my son and I reading this book. And even better now my son reads this book to me. less
