review 1: UPDATE: May I be massively self-involved & blame this review for the GR downage?Goodreads erased my review. I am left so mentally exhausted & emotionally disturbed that I've gone back to bed. I CAN'T HANDLE THIS SHIT TODAY. From now on I will refer to Goodreads as BADREADS. Ha! Ya burnt!Course it could be my laptop. What the fuck ever!Read this book if you like a sweet read. Or whenever you're having a shitty day.
review 2: Let me tell you that I usually hate the “meddling friends and family members” trope with the power of a thousand suns. But here it worked surprisingly well. Maybe that's because I come to love all the characters from the other books, but I couldn't bring myself to be pissed about the whole thing with hiring Seth to be Billy's lover and C... moreharlie's initial hostility towards him. I dunno they all just so obviously cared about Billy I was so happy he forgave them in the end.As for Seth and Billy - I believe they're perfect for each other and I'm very fond of the ex-hustler finding love trope, so I enjoyed this part.I'm looking forward to more Rose City stories! :) less
