review 1: This was a quick short sexy read. Debbie is a photographer who does side jobs for the police department. She met Detective Marshall Scott when he was in a car accident running into her. They hooked up after an unsolvable case. She uses photos from past jobs to get the workable clue. The sex scenes in this book was hot and both mc were likeable. This was my first time reading Nicole Camden and not the last.
review 2: Do not choose this book by its cover because it really doesn't have anything to do with the story except maybe the steamy sex scenes inside. I loved the main characters, crime scene photographer Debbie Valley and Detective Marshall Scott. Debbie has “face blindness” from a car accident a few years ago and has to develop her other senses to ident
... moreify people she knows. She guesses who they are by their voice, body or actions. I found it kind of quirky that she keeps a photo collection of past boyfriend’s and crime scene victim’s “naughty bits”. Detective Scott and Debbie begin to work on a case together because she realizes she has seen the victim’s tattoo before. I would have liked a little more involvement with the murder case but I know it is a short story. The long time sexual tension between these two explodes into some very hot sex scenes and they do get their happy ending after working out a few issues. I loved this book and wished there were another 200 pages to read, but for a novella, it really worked for me! I am going to find other books by this author. less

The relationship was intriguing, the suspense unnecessary and distracting.
