review 1: This book was just ok for me. There are a some things I didn't like or understand. For instance, they only met each other 1 time before she came back home, but that 1 time was insta love. No I don't think so. He didn't even know her name. The book progresses nicely, she comes back they start to talk, again it's insta love. She's a domestic abuse survivor, so when he hits her she says it's okay! I really don't believe that. She explains it as it was just a slap! I really don't believe that one. I didn't really feel any passion in this book, I find it hard to believe the first time his daughter meets Dragon she runs to him instantly. She's 4 she has no idea who this man is, but she just knows he's her papa. I'm not the biggest fan of this... more one.
review 2: At First I'm drawn with the synopsis and in the beginning it is pretty engaging.But after 60% reading it the plots become flat.4 years old can speak that fluent?i dont think so.When dragon hitting Brenna because of the reason of losing it? wow ... it's totally check mate for me.And too many secret and it's annoying seeing how brenna acting.IDK this just not my kind of book.I love MC books but not this one.I love tough,fierce and independent heroin.And hero who can hit a woman is not my type no matter what is the reason. less
