One of the highlights of my month is putting together a book haul post and spreading the bookish love, it’s been a while since I’ve done one as I’ve been busy moving everything over from my old blog, since I’ve picked up so many books recently I decided it was about time I did a haul post. I’ve chosen some highlights as I can’t put them all in this post. I can’t wait to start reading these amazing books, I don’t know how I’ll manage to get through them all! I hope you enjoy.
- The Fallen Children (golden egg edition) by David Owen – Another one I picked up at YA Extravaganza, I couldn’t resist getting another copy as not only is the cover is so striking, it’s also a special limited edition that distributed to bookstores at random, also this book is AMAZING! Honestly, please read it. (You can read my review here.)
- S.T.A.G.S. by M.A. Bennett – I snapped this up while I was at YALC, I read an E-ARC and was hooked from the start so I had to have a finished copy. It’s one of my favourite 2017 reads, I can’t recommend this book enough! (You can read my review here.)
- Because You Love To Hate Me anthology edited by Ameriie – Anyone who knows me knows I love a good villain so this coming home with me was pretty much a given. I’d read a sample and was hooked from the start.
- Girl Out of Water ARC by Laura Silverman – I’ve been dying to read this for ages and couldn’t believe my luck when I found one at YALC, I can’t wait to get started!
- Moonrise ARC by Sarah Crossan – I picked this up at the Bloomsbury boot at YALC, the cover is gorgeous and I’ve heard nothing but good things about Sarah’s work.
- A Shiver of Snow and Sky ARC by Lisa Lueddecke – I won this at YALC from the Scholastic booth, this is one of my most anticipated reads so I was thrilled when I realised I had won a copy.
- There’s Someone Inside Your House ARC by Stephanie Perkins – I managed to pick this up at the My Kinda Book booth at YALC, as soon as I heard it was horror, I had to have it!
- Orbiting Jupiter by Gary D. Schmidt – I’m intrigued by this, I like the concept of it. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t swayed by the beautiful cover. I couldn’t resist buying a copy while I was at YALC.
- All That She Can See by Carrie Hope Fletcher – A post YALC blues purchase, we’re all guilty of doing this, I’m really looking forward to reading this!
- This Savage Song by V.E. Schwab – I picked this up at a recent event, I haven’t heard a single negative thing about her books so I’m really looking forward to reading V’s books.
Have you read any of these? Let me know what you thought in the comments, I’d love to read them!
