review 1: Call me crazy, but for some reason I liked Holden and I secretly rooted for him. I know that Luke is described as the real hero but there was something about him that didn't draw me in. Hels what can I say. The heart wants what it wants...I only wish it could have been Hold. The story wasn't bad, I definitely prefer the flashback scenes looking at the relationship between Hold and Hels. Can't really say I was too pleased with the ending. It didn't seem authentic enough. The way Hels portrayed Hold to be you couldn't imagine him being selfish enough to sacrifice her for the second time. I think Hold's love and devotion to Helen dominated the entire storyline. I wanted a happy ending for him.
review 2: This book was both good and bad. I felt so bad for Keller th... moreat I didn't want to like the book. I had to keep reminding myself that she was young and that is why she was so naive. The most interesting parts of the book were the chapters about Keller's past. The love Holden had for her was impressive and heartbreaking. I feel like her and Holden were victims and Im glad Vin was able to save at least one of them. Excellent read!!! less
