review 1: The blurb promised an entertaining story that unfortunately wasn't delivered by the author. The idea itself was good, but I didn't enjoy the author's writing style. I am usually the kind of person who when reading a book gets involved with its characters, but in this case it was impossible to achieve that connection. Why? It was like listening to a friend tell you a story she was told about people you both don't know. At first you are both interested, but because you don't have any connection to that people and don't know how they took it, their feelings...after 10 minutes you are more interested in 2morrows weather. It took me a couple of hours to read this book and after those first 10 minutes I lost any interest on Ryan, Hunter and Amy. There was no connection, feelings... more, liking or disliking... The characters in this book are forgettable to say the least.
review 2: Such a promising blurb but to be honest, this book is so disappointing I couldn't even.. Geez. Let's just say I hate Amy in the first place, for two-timing Ryan. I mean, sure Hunter's your past—your handsome past, but Ryan promised a future. How come she let him down like that? I couldn't even sympathized for her. The author didn't delivered this book beautifully. If Amy's point of view going to be there more than any Ryan, why bother writing in two different point of view? The author should be focused in one point of view, make it better instead of writing two yet it didn't work out. I just don't understand why people seems to enjoyed it so much, seriously? But you know what? Don't let my judgement stops you from reading this book. I just want to share my opinion. less
