review 1: After all the romances I've been reading it was fun to find a book that combined what I read most often (thrillers or spy novels) with a love story. I really enjoyed it. I was worried about the ending because reviewers thought it was 'bittersweet'. I guess I can see why they wrote that but I was expecting something really tragic or sad (thankfully did not happen). I really liked the ending. Definitely read the prequel novella first (warning - that's super steamy).
review 2: I love almost all of the I-Team books except book no. 1 which I did not read by choice as the story did not appeal to me...and book no. 3 because of the delicate subject matter but I-Team books 2, 4 & 5 I devoured them and really enjoyed them immensely. I even liked the novellas and the preq... moreuel to this book. Sadly for I-Team no. 6, I did not finish this one, the story was too long there were too many subplots, too many bed scenes that it became too boring...it really bored me to tears. I hope Pamela Clare has not lost her touch and will still continue to write more I-Team books that will be engaging and a joy to read. less
