review 1: it's a nice looking cookbook but if it doesn't inspire or motivate me to cook, it's useless. the author comes from a catering background which really shows in her recipes. that's fine but it's not my style of cooking. she also includes a ton of dairy for a book with the word "paleo" on the cover. however, if you're into presentation or Emily Gilmore is coming over for dinner, this may be the book for you.final note: this book was republished with a new title to cash in on the rising paleo trend.

Loved this book! Have been making faux 'mashed potatoes' out of cauliflower ever since I read it.

CONTAINS DAIRY IN SOME FORM ON MANY RECIPES. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM A PALEO BOOK.
