review 1: story line was good. characters could have used a little more depth...writer does a good job setting them up with there troubles and who they are, but I just didn't latch on to them for some reason. and yet again a book with an abrupt ending. I have to go back to the end to read again how the fbi agent got hurt I must have read it so fast I missed it, what happened to him? and what happened between he and Jamie? I think they spoke twice during the whole book, next thing you know she's meeting him at the airport ready to kiss him. I was expecting more of an epilogue I guess. I'd recommend it, but don't expect too much closure.
review 2: I really liked this book. I really liked the idea of it. the beginning grabbed up, but in the middle of the race it peter
... moreed out. The last 10% or so it picked up again. No sex or cussing, but a couple s words really made the book a high 3. The book's side plots which kind of took over the main story a couple times and my dislike for the characters gave it a low 2 *, so we average a 3 here. I am thinking the author will improve so I would be willing to give another a try. less
