review 1: Henry is trying to piece together his life, his mind and his body after a car crash that killed his mother, maimed him with a mess of scars and stole his memory of the event. Helping him in his search for answers is neighborhood girl, Justine. Not so helpful - his distant father. There's an additional storyline about a serial killer, but that felt tacked on to the more immediate story about Henry. A good read for kids looking for psychological, plot-driven mysteries.
review 2: Henry Franks is a boy searching for his past after an accident. His father is never around and he is often left by himself trying to solve the mystery of his life before the accident. His neighbor Justine has an awesome attitude and is loyal! I really loved her character in this bo... moreok! She looks past Henry's scars and true friendship is formed. Everyone should have someone in their life like Justine! I loved this book! less
