review 1: A fast moving, enjoyable science fiction novella. Cawdron's scenario of a commercial crew setting down on a harsh planet and discovering a wrecked starship is intentionally reminiscent of the first "Alien" movie. However, as the story moves along, the crew begins to realize that appearances are deceiving. It's not mindbendingly original, but it's certainly entertaining, like a good episode of "The Twilight Zone" or "The Outer Limits."
review 2: The title of this novella is cutesy, but the story is not. It takes place on a planet where miners are beginning exploration and encounter little green men who start attacking them, both on the planet and in their ship. ... morevery difficult for me to put down until finished. Mr. Cawdron wrote this to honor the influence Philip K. Dick had on his writing. If you like sci-fi stories, I think you'll enjoy reading this book. less
