review 1: Ok so this installment of the Gypsy Healers series is a little darker than the other book by Q. Loftis, however; it wasn't a bad change. I liked that it showed a little of the darkness that the characters keep saying resides in the males and boy does Dalton have darkness, poor Jewel has her work cut out for her.By the end of this installment I was left trying to figure out who is the true mate of whom.My money is on the blind girl and the irish. This one ended on a sad note, but I will be not so patiently waiting for the third book of the series. This is a good read and I would recommend it, again if you enjoy witty banter, strong heroines and hot guys this is the book for you.
review 2: The perfect blend of heartache and humor is the recipe for this book. Trauma
... moretic backstories and broken lives are revealed. And we’re left with the hope that love and sacrifice can triumph over the dark forces. Just when the dark and evil get to be too much, Peri and the Gypsy Healers crack wise and enjoy the sarcastic banter they know so well! I really enjoyed the books messages of forgiveness and faith.Word of warning, Quinn Loftis is notorious, (or is it infamous?) for her cliffhanger endings and Wolf of Stone is no exception. I for one enjoy that about these as it leaves me wanting more! less
