review 1: I read this a few months ago and somehow forgot to star it. Probably because it was rather forgettable. It was OK. A stress free short read because not much happens. Mina is a very BORING person. The nicest thing to say about her is also the most damning, 'she's a nice girl' who is also super pretty. Honestly I don't remember much about Eric either except that he's some hot guy with tattoos. Don't ask my how it ends. I just remember it was kinda sappy.
review 2: This made for such a charming quick read. I enjoyed it but found the plot to be lacking. There just wasn’t a lot that happened. I suppose that’s to be expected for a series starter though. While the ending left much to be desired, at least it didn’t end with a cliffhanger. I do feel its curre... morent price of $2.99 is a bit steep considering its only 155 pages. Long review cut short, I liked the writing style and the character depth was impressive for such a short book. I will definitely check out more of this series, and more of this writers work. less
