A while back, I reviewed My Stubborn Heart. What does that have to do with this book? My Stubborn Heart and A Love Like Ours are my two favorite Becky Wade books. (However, True to You is pretty much a top of the list too.)
I really liked both of the main characters, Jake and Lyndie. Their story is really sweet. I love the fact that Jake trains horses and Lyndie rides them.
I would like to point out that this book should be read by mature readers due to Jake’s PTSD. If you are looking for a not-as-serious romance, I would suggest that you try another book. A Love Like Ours is still worth reading. Just expect it to be a bit more serious. I enjoyed it immensely.
The cover to this novel is one that I like very much. For one thing, I can’t see the guys’ face, which means I can imagine him to look however I want him to look. As for women, the model on the front looks exactly like how I would picture Lyndie. This cover deserves 5 stars.
I am also going to give this novel 5 stars. I would definitely recommend to those who are already fans of Becky Wade and those who enjoy romances.
