Agile

Being a chunky monkey, yoga has been a goal.  Observing contortionists bend their bodies in ways most can’t always brought hope.  I am still unable to flex as well as I should, doing yoga on occasion.  Some stretching three times a week with a Cardio Blast has made a nice difference.  The fact I just learned sharpness of thought is a part of this, the chunky monkey issue is now complete in my mind.  Agile, it’s not just how you move, how quick are you to think?
