- 1 packet of arrowroot or marie biscuits crushed
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 125grm butter cubed
- 1 and 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 cup dried apricots chopped
- 1 cup chocolate (I used dark but any will work well)
Mix biscuits, coconut and apricots
Heat butter and condensed milk in a medium saucepan on low
Mix in with biscuit mixture and mix until smoothish then pour into a baking tray and flatten
Heat chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a saucepan of boiling water and stir until smooth then pour over slice.
Put in fridge to set. Once set cut up with a large knife and store in an airtight container
