Blogger Fave’s

Today on the blog I thought I’d do something a little bit different.  Rather than writing a standard post about my life, I thought I’d take a moment and share with all of you some of my personal favorite bloggers out there!

I follow these bloggers on social media and absolutely love their content on their blogs, and even Instagram stories.  Each blog is so unique and tells a completely different story than the other.  Every day, I always take some time to check up on my favorite blogger gals and love to read and watch their Insta/Snap stories or vlogging channels on YouTube about what’s new in their lives and what they’re up to, they’re all so inspiring!

Especially as a blogger myself, each blog is so inspiring for me and helps me learn what I can do to help my blog grow as well.  These are all the blogs that I get my inspiration from and are some good reads!

  • Krista Robertson of Covering the Bases (coveringbases.com)

What I absolutely love about Krista’s blog and social media is that she is so honest and real.  What I mean by real in this case is there’s not a lot of photoshop or fake personality covering up who she really is.  Her Insta stories, blog posts, and YouTube videos are all real-life and authentic.  This is really inspiring for me because not a lot of people on social media are actually like that.  I don’t even think I’m like that at some points.  On social media, we’re all showing our best selves to one another.  With Krista’s blog and social media, everything is real life.  We all have bad days, and it’s okay to show that to other people, just to remind us all that we’re all human and face the same kinds of things every day.

  • Lindsey Higgins of Lindsey Kate (lindseykate.co)

Lindsey’s blog represents her fun and hardworking lifestyle, she is such an inspiration to me!  What I love about her content and social media is that working hard doesn’t have to be exhausting or miserable, life is a fun and great thing and there is always something to do.  She runs her own marketing business and I think that is so cool, especially as I am currently going to school for my degree in marketing and communications.  She really is the perfect role model for women, a strong and independent, entrepreneurial woman living in the big city.  She is everything I hope to be some day!

  • Caitlin Covington of Southern Curls & Pearls (southerncurlsandpearls.com)

Caitlin is literally a style icon.  What I love the most about her blog and content is that she is so fashionable, like I just want her entire wardrobe!  She has the cutest outfits and doest the cutest things with her hair styles and makeup, all of it is everything that I totally want.  Her fashion sense and beauty trends inspire me to want to try out different products for hair or makeup that I wouldn’t ordinarily try on my own, she is an amazing influencer and I love all of her photos.  She is the definition of #BloggerGoals.

  • Kahla Perry & Rechelle Lewis of Sea of Sanctuary (seaofsanctuary.com)

What I love about Sea of Sanctuary is that Kahla and Rechelle are Seattle based bloggers, just like me!  I love being able to read blogs from local bloggers in my area, hometown pride!  I think it’s totally awesome that they are two best friends who run a blog together.  It’s hard to find someone to work with in a business like this and it’s so inspiring that they do this, putting in so much time and effort to be as successful as they are.  I love both of their fashion styles, all of their outfits are so cute.  They are also totally real about life.  Life is hard, but they show that it doesn’t always have to be so hard, it can be really fun too and full of adventure!

  • Chelsea Lankford of Truelane (truelane.co)

A little fun fact about Truelane: Chelsea’s blog was actually the first blog I ever read that got me interested in blogging and inspired me to start my own.  I remember back in the day as a college freshman, I reached out to her via email telling her how much I loved her blog and wanted to do something just like she did.  When she responded to my email, I was so excited, she gave me super helpful tips on running a blog, and since then I have always admired her work.  Another Seattle based blogger with a love for travel and fashion, just like me!  Before I had my own blog and would read hers all the time, I always loved seeing her model her outfits and follow along on each travel adventure she went on.  I was like, “Oh my gosh, I want her life so bad.”  She is one of the bloggers on this list that really inspires me to work hard for what I want and to dream big.

I hope you all enjoyed this list in today’s post and I hope you all take a look at some of these blogs and social media, they are all amazing! Since all of these blogs are so inspiring for me, I hope they are all inspiring for you as well!
