I honestly don’t have too much to say about this comic besides, damn…that was…sad. Like, utterly could have destroyed me sad. It was something I would expect from an origin story or a very serious main superhero sob story. But, it wasn’t something I expected from Deadpool.

It’s not that I didn’t like the storyline, but it’s not at all what I was expecting. The ending of this story almost made me want to cry and this is supposed to be satire. I did enjoy the team-up, but it was too serious. This entire storyline was too serious. Deadpool isn’t supposed to be serious.

I’m honestly just so confused as to where this storyline came from and why Deadpool was working so hard to make me cry instead of laugh. I’m having a hard time even writing a review for this because I’m still confused even though I read this months ago.

So, sorry this is a super short review that doesn’t really tell you much of anything, but I just don’t have anything else to say about this. I’m very dispassionate about it, tbh.

Overall, I guess I would recommend this to Deadpool fans, but be wary. This was so strange, but I’m sure I’ll continue with the series.
