I will be asking Karen about her best-seller and latest novel ‘The Marsh King’s Daughter’ as well as about her incredible writing life that is inspirational and unique! Books will be for sale and signing. Free baked goods from Riverside Pie Cafe! Free entry too! Thursday, November 23, 2017 – Open Mic Poetry @ Storytellers Bookstore

Roy James, the Ontario Poetry Society’s (TOPS) Windsor/Essex representative is hosting an open-mic at Storytellers Bookstore (Ottawa Street). Goodies available. Spirits available for donation, and coffee and tea. It’s a ‘Holiday Season Poetry Celebration sponsored by the Live Poets Society. Bring your poems and share! I don’t know what time it starts! When I find out, I’ll let you know!

Thursday, November 30, 2017 – Because We Have All Lived Here Poetry Anthology Soft Launch

Myself and the poets who contributed to Black Moss Press’ new poetry anthology Because We Have All Lived Here will be reading at Biblioasis. Books for sale and signing! The poets are Peter Hrastovec, Dorothy Mahoney, Carlinda D’Alimonte, Mary Ann Mulhern, D. A. Lockhart, Marty Gervais and myself. I believe the event will begin at 7pm. I’ll confirm closer to the date!

 

 Heads up that in December we’ve got another Mouth Piece Storytelling event, a reading & workshop, and another anthology launch!
