These past two weeks have been the hardest two weeks of my life. I can’t remember what my life was like without having Shawn by my side.
I do not have anything bad to say about the man that has my heart. We both love each other deeply, but we just were not meant to be together. I miss him; more than words can express, but I know, in my heart, that this is the best for both of us, no matter how hard it is.
I hope everyone keeps in mind that we do not hate each other by any means, but we need to do this to be happy. One day, I will find myself. I will conquer this. I will overcome. I will make it through.
Thank you to everyone who has been there for Shawn and I during this difficult time. I appreciate it. This is only the beginning.
Shawn, I know you probably won’t read this, but I wish you happiness in this world. I hope you find yourself. I hope that you become happy with your life and you find what makes you feel good. Here is to a new beginning for the both of us.
