Ingredients :
- Fine Desiccated dry Coconut
- Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Ghee/Clarified Butter
Method:
- Roast 2 cups of coconut flakes in a pan with 1tsp of ghee/clarified butter until it turns slightly brown
- Then add 1/2 cup of condensed milk
- Keep mixing the 2 ingredients until it starts coming together as a dough.
- Let the mixture cool down for about 5 mins a roll them up into balls and keep them aside on separate dish lined with parchment paper.
- In case the mixture is sticking to your hand then grease your hands with oil or butter.
