Just 3 Ingredients Coconut ⚽️

Ingredients :

  • Fine Desiccated dry Coconut
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Ghee/Clarified Butter

Method:

  • Roast 2 cups of coconut flakes in a pan with 1tsp of ghee/clarified butter until it turns slightly brown
  • Then add 1/2 cup of condensed milk
  • Keep mixing the 2 ingredients until it starts coming together as a dough.
  • Let the mixture cool down for about 5 mins a roll them up into balls and keep them aside on separate dish lined with parchment paper.
  • In case the mixture is sticking to your hand then grease your hands with oil or butter.
