August 1, 2017 WOTD: CLAIRVOYANT.

Fitting, given a chilling incident a month or so back. My estranged father unexpectedly passed away, and a sheriff appeared at my door to notify me, mere hours after I had wondered aloud where he was, and what he was doing. Some questions, it turns out, you don’t really want answered.

This collage takes a page from Seership! The Magnetic Mirror. A Practical Guide to Those Who Aspire to Clairvoyance-Absolute, a strange bit of ephemera penned by Paschal Beverly Randolph in 1875. It’s embellished with ink and acrylics.
