Scraps

In a heap of rot, sunlight, and silver oily skin. Meat and ligaments, hair and nails. Fingers brimming with sin. Running my thoughts, brain and nerves, disconnected. Bones and flesh, adjusted, supported? There never was, indeed. No, never, not here. The scrap was beckoning, it knew me moreso than you, dear.
