Sheltered

I would classify this small, pixel game as an “idle” game – that is, one where you mainly just wait for things to happen. I imagine that was the intent as the whole experience revolves around a bunch of survivors in a bunker, trying to escape from nuclear fallout. While there are the slightly exciting events of sending out parties to hunt and scavenge most of the time you’ll be keeping your eye on repairing the make-shift facilities or re-fuelling the generator.

It has turn based combat too.

Combat is pretty simplistic, as are interactions with other encounters in the wasteland. Despite all that, it is quite addictive. I should also mention that there is no main quest that I could see, other than repairing a run down RV. If you want to read how it might play out, I’m currently running a story on my blog – starting here.
