Avi has been watching, probably a bit too much Martial arts/ninja turtle shit lately. I was bringing him a drink the other evening, and when I put it down, he exclaimed, dramatically, as he were truly thirsting, ” Thank you Master”, all sen-say style, almost groveling… like I said, maybe a little too much power Rangers fitness video lately…
the funny part is, immediately afterward, Milo, trying to copy his brother showed that he had not been watching the same movies, at least not quite as close or as intently.. because his “Thank you master” came out, “thank you bastard”, but sing-songy, “I copied my brother” style, not dramatic kung-fu movie breath talking …. I mean, I hope he just misheard his brother, and wasn’t knowingly calling me a bastard… I hope, I mean, he is only 4 years old… he wasn’t, right? .. No, he wasn’t…Was he?
