TopCatsRoar 2 begins where TopCatsRoar left off. I could say it was that I lost interest or received some sort of threat but none of that would be true. The truth of the matter is that so much began to happen all at once that I didn’t know how to attack the problem, getting lost with the election like everyone else and seeing so many people not realizing the importance of how politics effects the future of US Animal Culture.
The Wars against animals and ending ALL human relationships with animals had escalated to extraordinary heights as the Homegrown Fanatical Animal Rights Extremist/Terrorists march on with a heightened degree leaning towards success to bully the common man and woman into total compliance of their way of life or better said; what they believe is a better way of life than the one you have chosen for yourself.
Honestly, it’s difficult watching as judges, lawmakers, and law enforcement forget that as US citizens, you have certain rights entitling you to basic civil liberties which are to be upheld no matter the situation, the law and the cause can not and must not be blurred. Fanatical Animal Rights Extremists/Terrorists base their entire cause on emotionally generated schemes to cause confusion where no confusion should exist. When lawmakers, judges or law enforcement officers are blinded to the protection granted to US citizens the matters concerning working within the parameters of the law are lost. These Fanatical Animal Rights organizations have been classified as dangerous and a threat by the FBI. These groups can not be considered experts of anything related to animal ownership as they are focused on Animal Rights -several members of these organizations have been prosecuted for releasing animals and the destruction of property-The constitution and it’s amendments were created to prevent ‘Witch Hunts’ yet it continues.
On the federal level there are bills being pushed to become law that will drastically put a burden on animal owners such as the mis-named Big Cat Safety Act which does absolutely nothing to promote the safety of big cats or people and in FACT does more harm than good and the same applies to the Non-human Primate Safety Act. Both must be prevented from becoming law and prevented from ever surfacing again as a bill by name and content.
There are state bills being pushed and written to confuse citizens as to whether they actually support it or want to kill the bill; such legislation of actual laws is blurred with rhetoric created for the sole purpose to confuse not only lawmakers but voting citizens with their emotionally generated pleas for animal rights while claiming its for the welfare of animals when such laws -The confusion can be contained in the wording of the purposed bill, the title of the bill or how it is portrayed to the general public thru advertisements leading to the true nature of what they have proposed. Thus we now have the creation of some very harmful unconstitutional illegal laws being wrongfully enforced against US citizens invading our civil liberties and property rights to ownership. Laws need to apply to Constitutional Law NOT personal opinions or the Fanatical Animal Rights Agenda.
HSUS- CEO Wayne Pacelle is seeking total control over all animal usage whether it be for native and non-native wildlife, animals used for pets with the creation of laws to discourage breeding and where breeders would be able to sell animals; animals used for agriculture and entertainment purpose as well as for educational purposes; domestic farm animals used as a food source-Our sources for food are under attack with claims of animal abuse just as the claims against anyone owning any animal. Hunting, no matter it’s purpose, is also under attack.
For HSUS and other Fanatical Animal Rights Terrorist organizations such as PETA; they seek one goal for the end of ALL human relationships of animals. Their lifestyle of living vegan is promoted to the fullest extent. The war persists on all fronts, all the way to your community.
Laws, regulations and ordinances are intended to be written with concern of public safety and NOT for animals-Taxpayers expect lawmakers and the Departments of Justice to know the difference. Suddenly the sale of companion pets are scarcely seen in pet shops unless it’s considered a rescue animal and thru a ‘rescue organization’ that they like to call themselves-Suddenly zoos and other facilities are claimed as incapable of taking proper care of their animals and the ones proposing this are -you guessed it Fanatical Animal Rights Extremists/Terrorist.
Circuses are forced to remove the animals from their show due to protests and bans created although those laws do not pertain to rodeos even thou that too is strongly under attack.

Wayne Pacelle-“One Generation and OUT!” -Does that sound like an animal lover to you??? HSUS donates less than 1% of funds collected to actually helping animals…The rest goes to HSLF-Humane Society Legislative Fund allowing them to have paid lobbyists and participate it legislature.
Humane Watch is the number one source against HSUS and everything HSUS.
Know their actually statics:
PETA Kills more animals than it actually claims suggesting that the majority of the animals they have as unadoptable and recently documented a kill rate of 97% -CEO, Ingrid Newkirt. It is said that HSUS is PETA with ties.
And then there is ALDF-Animal League Defense Fund-Donated money goes to filing suits against animal owners-Yes, also an IRS NFP organization and all these organizations have CEOs and members on the same mission while collecting large salaries.
US Animal Culture is under a threat the likes of which have never been seen before. It’s time for everyone to be aware of this threat just as any other terrorist threat is a threat to our homeland-this treat can not be protected by a wall; possibly considered worse as our own citizens are destroying our way of life, from within, against our own citizens.
GFAS-The Global Federation of Associated Sanctuaries is a rather large organization with both verified and unverified facilities taking membership with strong ties to HSUS.
Big Cat Rescue (BCR) CEO-Carole Baskin is not a verified facility. Research of the licensing of the facility classifies it as private owner and a FL attraction-NOT a sanctuary according to the Florida Wildlife Commission. Baskin and members of her family collect large salaries and the IRS 990 filing shows an increase of donations, BCR has millions in reserve. Yet, the greatest number of deaths at the facility is greater than any other of unknown causes, tumors and cancer. There has not been any updates made to the old out of date enclosures nor has the property been improved for proper drainage.
Baskin began as a collector/breeder but when AZA rejected her membership and she learned that more money would be coming thru donations; all she had to do is file for NFP status and wala came the claim that BCR is a sanctuary.
BCR Watch is dedicated to exposing BCR and Carole Baskin for the true nature behind a large number of NFPs created by Baskin with her as CEO for each one. *Lesson learned is to be careful where you donate funds.
Ask questions and look into the IRS 990 filing. A lot of people will say to donate locally but that’s not an assurance of what the money is being used for…BCR has a lobbyist even thou the hiring of a lobbyist is not allowed by the IRS as a NFP. Money is donated to politicians and their campaigns with assurance that they will support their agenda. So please know who and what you are donating to. I’d much rather see you spend that money on Rover or Miss Kitty than to give money aimlessly to a NFP.
Baskin lives to control all big cat status in the US-You might say far reaching but is it with all those emotionally generated pleas for funds and to support bad legislation that harms animals and limits usage. BCR promotes attacks on businesses and private owners whether they own animals or not. If Baskin has a ‘claim to fame’ it would be as the ultimate Terrorist to destroy lives of both animals and people.
Pat Craig of Animal Sanctuary in CO is another CEO who wrongfully attacks other facilities and private ownership yet history shows he doesn’t have his heart in it for the right reasons and demonstrated with his public announcements threatening to kill his animals if donations aren’t received.
Federal and state regulated usage is over regulated by the USDA although the issues and conditions at BCR are less than satisfactory, nothing is being done to have BCR updated to meet the regulations while Baskin continues to call out other facilities for the same violations that are overlooked at BCR. Baskin loves PETA and donates a large amount of it’s funds to HSUS as well as participation in the annual HSUS convention each year.
This blog will take a closer look than it has before. Zoo Wars will continue to take center stage…TopCatsRoar will remain for documentation but inactive.
