The week in boooooks! I was away in Orlando this past week so didn’t do much reading until the flight home, at which point I demolished half of What You Really Really Want by Jaclyn Friedman. I really really want to finish it ASAP (see what I did there?), seriously it’s great.
Only one new book this week which I couldn’t resist on the ferry home; That Lonely Section of Hell: The Botched Investigation of a Serial Killer Who Almost Got Away by Lorimer Shenher. Lorimer is a local trans author writing about the very part of the city I have spent the last 9 years of my life working. More books about Pickton, a grim subject but one that deserves a closer look now after being ignored for so long.
I’m looking forward to wrapping up some of my 3 current reads next week and getting to more of the stack I set aside last weekend. Happy reading everyone!
