review 1: Поредната книга с теологична насоченост, на която и липсва съспенса. Все едно да четеш сценария на пореден епизод на "От местопрестъплението", само, че Хорейшо някак си по-допада като образ. Не лоша книга, но нищо запомнящо се.
review 2: Not such a bad read really. Major down-turn for me was the moment a part of the action moved to Italy. The nice guy hero who had been well rounded-out as a character suddenly turns into a flat yank-in-Europe, we-don't-work-like-this-back-home type. Too many of the Italian characters have surnames of politicians and other public figures (giving the i... morempression they were picked from hasty websearches) and they switch between veeery eeetalian ways of speaking (with occasional Italian words thrown in for "authenticity") to pure US slang. His understanding of Italians is very superficial and spoilt the book for me from that moment on. Perhaps a very personal view as I live in Italy. less
