I found out about this book via Bookshelves and Paperbacks. She posted a list of diverse books for the 2nd half of the year and it gave me books that I didn’t know was going to be released and I will update my own list. But anyway, I saw this cover and thought it was beautiful and I checked out the synopsis and knew right there, that I am going to read this book at some point.
The synopsis breaks my heart and I knew I would going to need a box or two of tissues to get myself through this book.
The cover is so beautiful. The books stacked upon each other with a girl standing on top, looking at a sunset with fences in front of her with a Star of David in the sky. So heartwrenching but beautiful at the same time.
