“The Building Blocks of an Anti-Harassment Program” is a 90-minute webinar for health center executives and Human Resources (HR) staff, as well as leaders from the National Cooperative Agreements, Primary Care Associations, and Health Center Controlled Networks. This tailored training was designed by a successful health center HR leader. It will assist attendees in identifying types of harassment, articulating why properly addressing harassment is crucial to health center operations and risk management, and understanding what steps to take if harassment is reported. This webinar will provide health centers with a foundation for building a more inclusive workplace consistent with the Health Center program’s mission.
