review 1: First of all I would like to thank NetGalley and Random House for providing us with a copy of this book so we could bring you this review. I really liked the character Hailey, she is young but is quick to start thinking about how she is going to solve her problem when she finds herself no longer has the support that she should. I liked how she took it upon herself to look for a job and worry about her own future. I feel bad for Neill, he's been through so much through his young life. Even though he is only in his mid-twenties he's lived a life of a man for way more than that. Though, I have to say he is kind of hardheaded and stupid at times, a man after all...lol. But I really want to smack him when he doesn't bother to listen to Hailey and assumes the worst out of her. I... more have to say that I like Roger he was funny, and there are a few other moments that I found myself giggling, through out the story.Happy Reading... Adri
review 2: When I read the info on this book, I thought it was going to be an interesting sexy read. Unfortunately, it was anything but that. I kept hoping for it to get better, but it just kept getting worse. The plot was unrealistic and really hard to believe and the main characters (groan), just never felt right to me, or real. As the story moved on, their behavior, especially the male lead, Neill, became so frustrating and annoying, that I just wanted to scream! This book does have potential, but it just never grabbed my interest in any way, except for when Neill was starting to teach Hailey tattooing. But that was a very small part of the book. Nothing here felt real to me in this book and I just wouldn't recommend it.*I received this book through Netgalley, for an honest review.*2 STARS less
