review 1: The illustrations in this book are very natural in the colors and depictions of the various birds. This is a non-fiction picture book that introduces younger readers to about a dozen different birds and the calls that are unique to each. We also learn about the robin and their nesting habits. I learned quite a bit from the rhyming verses and there is a Q&A with the nesting bird at the end of the book that is very informative. This is a well-done book!
