review 1: The Princess and the Pea was my favorite fairy tale when I was a child. Seems even then I knew I was a sensitive soul. Never could I have imagined such a twist on this classic tale. :) While I did not find this story to be hilarious like some folks, I did chuckle a time or two. I thought this was extremely well written for someone who has never been published! I see that some readers have shelved this as 'erotica' and that really makes me laugh! This story is not erotic. It is for mature readers, however.Short, sweet, and entertaining. I'm sure this is something I will read again and again. I'm looking forward to reading his other books, too.His books can be found for free on Amazon and Smashwords. Go get you sum. ;)
review 2: It was a fun and quick read.it's o... morebviously a take on the princess and the pea fairy tale, but with a humorous twist.Even if the whole tale spins around a penis joke, it never gets its hands dirty.There's definitively some class and honorable self restraint in the narration, and it never gets indecent.Everything is wrapped up in silk and knowing laughs.The author manages to walk on thin line without falling down. Good job.The end is heartwarming enough.I'd say 3,5 stars, meaning that I solidly liked it. less
