review 1: I actually found this quite amusing, though extremely slutty. The title is quite amusing, and not at all like one would anticipate the book to be like. Also, there was a bit too much shallow introspection with not much solid purpose to the book; so if you're looking for something with a point or active sleuthing, this book is not for you. If you're looking for a light read with some smut and a go-with-the-flow main character, this is for you. It also happens to be a coming-of-ager with some oddly deep moments. Good read; odd book; definitely interesting.

... morerbing, the whodunnit is pretty obvious right from the word go, and, well... okay, the biggest issue is the main character. He just makes you want to smack him really, really hard- he's irritating as all holy hell. All humans are flawed, and it stands out like a sore thumb when in fiction they're not. It rubs the reader the wrong way because it's unnatural. We can't relate to an unrealistic character. And no, being obnoxiously perfect does not count as a character flaw. Make your character more real and I might actually care whether he gets killed or not. less
