review 1: Highly recommend this book to parents, teachers, counselors, anyone who parents or works with boys. The book offers solid ideas regarding communication including wording taken from the interviews of hundreds of boy editors. It will remind you what being a kid was like. On a personal note, this book has vastly improved my own communication strategies with my near teen aged son. The advice makes good sense.
review 2: This is a GREAT resource for the mother of an only-child boy. Of course, every section does not apply to my son. (i.e. He has never been a huge video game player.) But, it was interesting to listen/read all the sections anyway.I first bought the print version of this book. Then decided to buy the audiobook as well.
