review 1: This book carries on from the end of the first one. New relationships are formed, old ones grow stronger and life carries on. The police continue to make life difficult for the St Clair household and both Skylar and his father are right to be fearful where they are concerned. There is suspense and drama that kept me hooked and desperate to find out what happens next. You get a lot of info on the history of the Reservation and about it's residents daily lives. It all makes for a really interesting read.
review 2: from start to finish i enjoyed this book. the characters are still enjoyable and the love between Skylar and Rafael is ever more loving and endearing. this book gets deeper into Skylar's family were at times is frustrating because as you think it'... mores going to be explained curtain things it then cuts you off. this book is well written in most parts' the characters are woven into the story well. i have high praise for the story so far. less
