review 1: Thhis is not a book that skips lightly through girlhood to adult friendships. It's a tough read and more than once I found myself saying "come on! can anything else crappy happen?". But when done, (if I admit that all life isn't peaches and cream, to everyone, all the time,) I decided to give it four stars. While it isn't "happily ever after" I would say it is probably "reality ever after". If not in the mood for somthing that's a little darker than the cover and title might imply, skip it..there are easier buddy books out there.
